Agreement to terms

By creating an account or using OneNearMe ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What OneNearMe is

OneNearMe is a sales-practice tool for real estate professionals. You describe a property, choose a buyer persona, and practice a sales conversation. Customer replies and sales scores may be generated by deterministic scenarios or by an AI model, depending on your access level.

AI-generated content is for practice only. Personas, replies, and scores are simulations meant to help you rehearse. They are not real customers, not professional, legal, or financial advice, and are not guaranteed to be accurate or representative of any real buyer.

Accounts & sign-in

We use passwordless "magic link" sign-in tied to your email address. You're responsible for keeping access to that email account secure — anyone with your magic link can sign in as you.

Free access & paid access

New accounts get a limited number of free practice challenges. A one-time payment unlocks full access — currently all 35 buyer personas with up to 5 rounds each — for the lifetime of your account. Pricing shown in the app at the time of purchase is the price that applies.

Payments & refunds

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we never receive or store your card, UPI, or bank details. Unlock purchases are for digital access and are non-refundable once granted, except where required by applicable law. If something goes wrong with a payment, contact us and we'll sort it out.

Acceptable use

Use OneNearMe for its intended purpose: practicing sales conversations. Please don't attempt to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, use it to generate harmful or unlawful content, or interfere with other users' access.

Intellectual property

The OneNearMe name, product, and content we create (personas, scenarios, scoring logic) belong to us. The property details and conversation you enter remain yours; you grant us a license to process and store them so we can run the practice session and show you your results.

Termination

You can stop using OneNearMe at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

OneNearMe is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as OneNearMe changes. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
