Who we are

OneNearMe ("we", "us", "our") operates a real estate sales practice tool at onenearme.com, letting salespeople rehearse conversations with AI-driven customer personas and receive a sales performance score. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how it's handled.

Information we collect

Account information. When you sign in, we collect your email address and, optionally, your name. We use passwordless "magic link" sign-in, so we never see or store a password.

Practice session data. The property details you enter and the sales conversation you have with a customer persona are stored so we can score the session and let you review past rounds.

Payment information. If you unlock full access, payment is processed by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card, UPI, or bank details — only the payment and order IDs needed to confirm your purchase.

Instagram / Facebook messaging. If you message us on Instagram or Facebook, we receive the information Meta provides for that conversation (such as your scoped sender ID, username, and message content) so we can reply and, where applicable, sign you in.

Usage data. We log basic product analytics (such as when a practice session starts or finishes) to understand how the app is used and to keep it working reliably.

How we use your information

We use your information to operate the service: to sign you in, run and score practice conversations, process payments, respond to messages, and improve the product. Sales conversations may be processed by our AI provider (Google Gemini) solely to generate customer replies and scores — never to train third-party models on your data.

Cookies

We use a single essential, HttpOnly cookie to keep you signed in. It isn't used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

Sharing your information

We don't sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers that help us run OneNearMe — such as our database, email delivery, AI, and payment processors — and only as needed for them to perform that function.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your account and practice history for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us below.

Children's privacy

OneNearMe is a professional sales-training tool and is not directed at, or intended for use by, anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as OneNearMe changes. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do.
